With over a decade of dedicated practice and over five years as an instructor, 

Catherine Haut has a rich academic, practical, and personal experience with yoga. Designated as a 500-HR Yoga Alliance instructor, Catherine has spent over 1,300 hours with yoga students around the globe.

When Catherine started practicing yoga in 2012, she was a high-strung competitive track athlete. At first, yoga was simply a way to release her tight muscles. As she deepened her practice, she started to notice herself also releasing mental tension. Through her practice, Catherine started to experience more balance, ease, and flexibility in her life. 

Through high school and college, she continued to deepen her practice. In 2018, she trained as a vinyasa yoga instructor at the Nexus Institute in Costa Rica. Catherine's greatest teachers include Janel Schullo, Horace Ursy, Zoe Kanat, Dr. Don Stapleton, Tara Brach, Byron Katie, and Mark Stephens.

After working at a start-up in Boston, Catherine dedicated two years to studying and teaching yoga in Costa Rica.

Leaving the city to live the jungle, Catherine jumped from one end of the stress spectrum to the other: She arrived in Costa Rica to live off-grid, immersed in a simple, natural lifestyle that revolved around yoga. In Costa Rica, Catherine continued her yoga studies, discovered Yoga Nidra, taught extensively, and led retreats.

Catherine is here to make effective yoga accessible and enjoyable for you and your life.

But she knows that you can benefit from yoga. (No matter how busy or inflexible you think you are!)

She knows that you're probably not going to quit your job to live in a tree house in Costa Rica.
