Catherine leads retreats that offer two gifts. First, the invitation to dedicate a week to your wellness through movement, meditation, breath, and connection in a beautiful space. 

Second: On retreat, you'll learn yoga techniques to make your return home more easeful, more peaceful, more balanced, more joyous. A lovely escape + a powerful return home. That's a real retreat.
